- 4 cups Red dragon fruit frozen chunks
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 TBSP Honey maple syrup, or agave syrup, optional
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract optional
Toppings
- 1 cup Fresh fruit e.g., sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, mango chunks, sliced strawberries, optional
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 2 TBSP Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp Honey optional

- Your choice of sweetener optional
- Your choice of creamer optional
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients as instructed.
- Add liquids: Pour milk or coconut water into a high-speed blender.
- Add frozen fruit: Add frozen dragon fruit and frozen banana.
- Sweeten and flavor: Add honey (or other sweetener) and vanilla extract, if desired.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth and thick. Add extra liquid, 1 TBSP at a time if needed, to reach a creamy, spoonable consistency..
