Ingredients

Frozen Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup Milk or coconut water, your choice
  • 4 cups Red dragon fruit frozen chunks
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1 TBSP Honey maple syrup, or agave syrup, optional
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract optional

Toppings

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit e.g., sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, mango chunks, sliced strawberries, optional
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Honey optional

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of sweetener optional
  • Your choice of creamer optional

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients as instructed.
  • Add liquids: Pour milk or coconut water into a high-speed blender.
  • Add frozen fruit: Add frozen dragon fruit and frozen banana.
  • Sweeten and flavor: Add honey (or other sweetener) and vanilla extract, if desired.
  • Blend: Blend on high until smooth and thick. Add extra liquid, 1 TBSP at a time if needed, to reach a creamy, spoonable consistency..
  • Portion and top with fresh fruit, granola, seeds, coconut flakes, honey as desired.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the smoothie bowl with coffee.
