Ingredients

Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

  • 1 Whole wheat bagel or sourdough bagel sliced and halved
  • 4 TBSP Garlic herb cream cheese

Eggs

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 6 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Sausage Patty

  • 4 oz Breakfast sausage patties

Kiwi Banana Avocado with Chia Seeds

  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of sweetener optional
  • Your choice of creamer optional

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the sausage patties in the skillet, 3 to 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to your preferred doneness.
  • While the eggs cook, toast the bagel halves until golden. Spread garlic herb cream cheese on the warm bagels.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve three eggs per serving with sausage patties, ½ bagel, fruit and coffee.
