Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the sausage patties in the skillet, 3 to 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to your preferred doneness.
While the eggs cook, toast the bagel halves until golden. Spread garlic herb cream cheese on the warm bagels.
Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
Serve three eggs per serving with sausage patties, ½ bagel, fruit and coffee.
