Ingredients
Mint Tea
- 2 Mint tea bags or 2 tsp loose-leaf mint tea per bag
- 2 cups Water
Scrambled Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 1 Banana
- 1 Dates pitted
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- ½ tsp Maca powder optional
- 2 tsp Goji berries optional, soaked in warm water and drained
- 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping
Instructions
- Boil water for the mint tea. Remove from heat and steep tea bags or loose-leaf tea for 3-5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and scramble until softly set. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, and maca powder (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Adjust consistency with additional milk or ice if desired. Top with goji berries and bee pollen if using.
- Serve the cacao superfood smoothie alongside scrambled eggs and mint tea.
