Cottage Cheese Toast
Tomato and Onion
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- 1 Tomato small diced
- 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
- ½ tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Lox
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- 2 oz Lox smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh dill roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Fruit
- 1 cup Mixed fresh fruit e.g. berries, banana, kiwi, washed and prepared as needed
Cacao Honey Milk
- 12 oz Milk
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- 1–2 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
- Toast the bread.
- For each toast, spread ¼ cup of cottage cheese evenly.
- Tomato and Onion Toast: Top with diced tomato and chopped red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Lox Toast: Top with chopped lox, red onion, and dill. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Make the cacao honey milk: stir milk, cacao powder, and honey until smooth.
- Serve the toast with fresh fruit and cacao honey milk.
