Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Toast

Tomato and Onion

  • 2 slices Your choice of bread
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 Tomato small diced
  • 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
  • ½ tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Lox

  • 2 slices Your choice of bread
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 oz Lox smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill roughly chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed fresh fruit e.g. berries, banana, kiwi, washed and prepared as needed

Cacao Honey Milk

  • 12 oz Milk
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 1–2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
  • Toast the bread.
  • For each toast, spread ¼ cup of cottage cheese evenly.
  • Tomato and Onion Toast: Top with diced tomato and chopped red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Lox Toast: Top with chopped lox, red onion, and dill. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Make the cacao honey milk: stir milk, cacao powder, and honey until smooth.
  • Serve the toast with fresh fruit and cacao honey milk.
