Ingredients
Deviled Eggs
- 2 Eggs hard boiled
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp Paprika garnish
- Fresh dill garnish
Chocolate Croissant
- 2 Croissants
- ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- For the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let it sit for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling: Once the eggs are done, place them in an ice bath to cool; once cool carefully peel them under cold running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayo, dijon, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash together until well combined and smooth.
- Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with sprinkled paprika and dill.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly toast the croissants then set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second increments stirring in between until smooth and melted. Spread inside the croissant and drizzle over top.
- Brew the Coffee: While the croissants are baking, brew and prepare your favorite coffee to your liking.
- Once everything is ready, serve the deviled eggs alongside the warm chocolate croissants and coffee.
