Ingredients

Caesar Wraps

  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
  • ¼ tsp Dried oregano
  • ¾ tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
  • ½ head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing

Carrots and Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks (or baby carrots)
  • ½ cup Hummus

Lemon Sparkling Water with Chia Seeds

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Dark Chocolate Squares

  • 2 squares Dark chocolate caramel sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
  • Season the chicken breast evenly with salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and cook until seared on both sides and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 6–8 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet, allow it to cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized chunks.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing, mixing until evenly coated.
  • Portion the chicken Caesar mixture onto the tortilla wrap, fold in the ends and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
  • Combine the sparkling water lemon slices and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Serve the wrap with carrots, hummus, lemon chia sparkling water, and dark chocolate caramel sea salt squares.
