Ingredients
Caesar Wraps
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
- ¼ tsp Dried oregano
- ¾ tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
- ½ head Romaine lettuce chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks (or baby carrots)
- ½ cup Hummus
Lemon Sparkling Water with Chia Seeds
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Dark Chocolate Squares
- 2 squares Dark chocolate caramel sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
- Season the chicken breast evenly with salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and cook until seared on both sides and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 6–8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, allow it to cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing, mixing until evenly coated.
- Portion the chicken Caesar mixture onto the tortilla wrap, fold in the ends and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
- Combine the sparkling water lemon slices and chia seeds. Stir thoroughly, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Serve the wrap with carrots, hummus, lemon chia sparkling water, and dark chocolate caramel sea salt squares.
