Cheeseburger

  • 8 oz Ground beef
  • ½ TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Mustard
  • 2 slices Your choice of cheese (optional)
  • 2 Hamburger buns lightly toasted
  • 4 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Red onion thinly sliced

Carrots & Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks (or baby carrots)

Lemon Chia Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until just combined, then form into equal-sized burger patties.
  • In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth and fully combined, then set aside.
