Ingredients

Sausage Egg and Cheese Wrap

  • 2 Breakfast sausage patty about 4oz per portion
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 large Tortilla wraps

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of sweetener
  • Your choice of creamer

Cherries

  • 2 cups Fresh cherries washed and pitted

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patty until browned and fully cooked to an internal temperature of 155F / 68C. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once cooked, remove the sausages from the skillet.
  • Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are firm. Then flip over and top with cheese. Cook until melted.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Portion the eggs and sausage.
  • Fold in the sides and then roll them up tightly. Cut in half.
  • Serve with fresh cherries and coffee.
