Ingredients

Bocadillo de Atún

  • 8 oz Tuna fish drained
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Assorted olives pitted and sliced
  • 1 TBSP Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Sub rolls cut 3/4 of the way thru (or 6-inch pieces of baguette)
  • 1/2 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients as instructed above.
  • In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped olives, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the tuna mixture evenly each roll. Top the tuna mixture with red onion, tomato, and lettuce.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve: Slice the bocadillo in half and enjoy your delicious bocadillo de atún with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
