Ingredients

Banana Nutella Crêpes

  • 1 TBSP Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • pinch Salt
  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 Bananas sliced
  • 4 TBSP Nutella spread

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Fruit

  • 2 cups Mixed fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple chunks, washed and prepared as needed

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • Melt butter gently in a pan over low heat or in the microwave.
  • Make the crêpe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and egg. Gradually add milk and water, stirring until smooth. Add salt and melted butter and whisk until fully combined.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Pour about ¼ cup batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes until lightly golden, flip, and cook the second side briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Assemble crêpes: Spread Nutella inside each crêpe, add banana slices, then fold or roll as desired.
  • Brew and prepare coffee to your liking with creamer and sweetener.
  • Serve banana Nutella crêpes with fresh fruit and coffee.
