Ingredients
Banana Nutella Crêpes
- 1 TBSP Butter melted
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- pinch Salt
- Nonstick spray
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 4 TBSP Nutella spread
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Fruit
- 2 cups Mixed fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple chunks, washed and prepared as needed
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Melt butter gently in a pan over low heat or in the microwave.
- Make the crêpe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and egg. Gradually add milk and water, stirring until smooth. Add salt and melted butter and whisk until fully combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes until lightly golden, flip, and cook the second side briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Assemble crêpes: Spread Nutella inside each crêpe, add banana slices, then fold or roll as desired.
- Brew and prepare coffee to your liking with creamer and sweetener.
- Serve banana Nutella crêpes with fresh fruit and coffee.
