Prepare all ingredients as listed.
Melt butter gently in a pan over low heat or in the microwave.
Make the crêpe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and egg. Gradually add milk and water, stirring until smooth. Add salt and melted butter and whisk until fully combined.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
Pour about ¼ cup batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes until lightly golden, flip, and cook the second side briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
Assemble crêpes: Spread Nutella inside each crêpe, add banana slices, then fold or roll as desired.
Brew and prepare coffee to your liking with creamer and sweetener.
