Ingredients

Salted Honey Lavender Latte

  • 1 cup Your choice of milk
  • 4 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Coffee
  • ½ tsp Lavender flowers (dried or fresh)
  • ½ tsp Flaky sea salt

Everything Bagel with Garlic Chive Cream Cheese

  • 2 Everything bagels
  • 4 TBSP Garlic chive cream cheese softened

Eggs

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by making the salted honey lavender latte. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam (do not boil).
  • Stir in the honey and culinary lavender.
  • Let it simmer gently for 2 - 3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Meanwhile, brew the coffee.
  • Strain the lavender from the milk mixture if using dried lavender. Froth the milk using a milk frother if desired.
  • Finish the latte with a sprinkle of flaky salt on top.
  • Toast the bagels. Spread with cream cheese on both halves.
  • Melt the butter In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the eggs to your preference (sunny-side-up, over easy, scrambled).
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the eggs with bagel and latte.
