Ingredients

Breakfast Sandwich

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices Your choice of cheese (e.g. cheddar Swiss or American)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. Set aside.
  • Cook the bacon: Place a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon for about 5-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy. Remove from the skillet allowing it to drain on paper towels.
  • Cook Eggs: Add the butter to a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the white is firm then flip over and top with cheese. Cook until melted, about 1 minute longer. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Layer the bread with bacon and eggs. Place the other half of the bread on top. Cut in hald.
  • Serve the sandwiche with orange juice.
