Ingredients
Acai bowl
- 2 Frozen açaí smoothie packs slightly thawed
- 1 Banana peeled, sliced, frozen
- ½ cup Your choice of milk
- 2 TBSP Honey or agave syrup, optional
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 TBSP Granola
- 1 TBSP Shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP Chia seeds
- 1 cup Mixed berries e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Strawberry Oat Milk Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen, hulled
- 1 ½ cups Oat milk cold
- 1 TBSP Maple syrup
- 1 TBSP Peanut butter
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Ice optional
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
- For the acai bowl: In a blender, combine slightly thawed açaí packs, frozen banana, mixed berries, and milk. Blend until thick and smooth. Add more milk only if needed to help blend.
- Pour the acai blend evenly into two bowls. Smooth the tops with a spoon.
- Top each bowl with sliced banana, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and additional fresh berries if desired.
- For the smoothie: To a blender. Add strawberries, oat milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice if using. Blend until completely smooth.
- Serve the acai bowl with smoothie.
