Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
For the acai bowl: In a blender, combine slightly thawed açaí packs, frozen banana, mixed berries, and milk. Blend until thick and smooth. Add more milk only if needed to help blend.
Pour the acai blend evenly into two bowls. Smooth the tops with a spoon.
Top each bowl with sliced banana, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and additional fresh berries if desired.
For the smoothie: To a blender. Add strawberries, oat milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice if using. Blend until completely smooth.
Serve the acai bowl with the smoothie.
