Ingredients
Açaí Bowl
- 2 Açaí smoothie packs about 1 1/2 cups per portion
- 1 Banana
- ½ cup Milk your choice of milk
- 2 TBSP Honey or agave syrup, optional
Chai Tea Latte
- 1 cup Tazo Classic Chai Latte Concentrate
- 1 cup Milk
- Ground cinnamon garnish
Toppings
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 TBSP Granola
- 1 TBSP Shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP Chia seeds
- 1 cup Mixed berries e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
- Run the açaí smoothie packs under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw.
- Blend the açaí base: In a blender, combine açaí packs, banana, milk, and honey or agave if using. Blend until thick and smooth, using a tamper or pulsing as needed.
- Heat the chai latte: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the chai concentrate and milk. Simmer for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
- Assemble the bowls: Portion the açai. Top with sliced banana, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and mixed berries.
- Froth and finish the latte: Use a milk frother, whisk, or French press to froth the hot chai latte until it doubles in volume. Pour into mugs. Add sugar if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve the açaí bowls with chai tea latte for a refreshing and spiritually gentle start to your day.
