Ingredients

  • 6 Artichoke hearts cut in half lenghtwise
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Seasoned Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler on low.
  • Mix the oil, breadcrumbs, and parmesan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pack the breadcrumbs on top of the artichoke halves and toast them under the oven broiler until the breadcrumbs are deep golden brown, about 6 - 8 minutes.
