- 6 Artichoke hearts cut in half lenghtwise
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Seasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Mix the oil, breadcrumbs, and parmesan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pack the breadcrumbs on top of the artichoke halves and toast them under the oven broiler until the breadcrumbs are deep golden brown, about 6 - 8 minutes.
