Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 3/4 pound French beans ends trimmed
Instructions
- Add the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the French beans. Cover with a lid, turn the heat down to low-medium and cook for a further 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season well with salt and pepper to taste. The beans are done when they are soft but still somewhat crispy.
