Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup Zucchini diced into bite sized pieces
- 3/4 cup Yellow squash diced into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini, yellow squash, and oregano; season with salt and pepper. Saute until they start to become soft then add in the garlic. Continue sauteing until the zucchini and squash are golden brown and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
