Ingredients
- 4 Soft taco shells
- 4 oz Colby cheese shredded
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1/2 Tomato diced
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan on low medium heat.
- Lay the taco shell in the pan and spread the cheese on top. Cover with a lid until the cheese melts completely. Remove from the pan, fold in the ends and roll up tight.
- Serve immediately, with shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream.
