Instructions
Heat a nonstick pan on low medium heat.
Lay the taco shell in the pan and spread the cheese on top. Cover with a lid until the cheese melts completely. Remove from the pan, fold in the ends and roll up tight.
Serve immediately, with shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream.
