Ingredients

  • 4 Soft taco shells
  • 4 oz Colby cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 Tomato diced
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan on low medium heat.
  • Lay the taco shell in the pan and spread the cheese on top. Cover with a lid until the cheese melts completely. Remove from the pan, fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Serve immediately, with shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream.
