Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon cut into bite sized chunks
- 1/2 cup Cucumber cut into bite chunks
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside or in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Season with salt to taste. Adjust the lime to taste.
