Ingredients
Brie, Ham, Dijon, & Arugula on Whole Grain
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 oz Brie cheese thinly sliced
- 6 oz Deli ham low sodium
- 2 Pickle spears
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/3 cup Hummus
Orange Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Orange sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread if desired.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer arugula, brie cheese, and deli ham onto the bread. Top with the remaining bread slices and press gently to form the sandwich.
- Prepare the carrots by peeling and cutting them into sticks.
- Add sparkling water to a glass or pitcher. Stir in the orange slices and chia seeds. Let sit briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, pickle spears, and orange chia sparkling water.
