Brie Ham and Arugula Sandwich

Ingredients

Brie, Ham, Dijon, & Arugula on Whole Grain

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 oz Brie cheese thinly sliced
  • 6 oz Deli ham low sodium
  • 2 Pickle spears

Carrots and Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/3 cup Hummus

Orange Chia Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Orange sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Toast the whole grain bread if desired.
  • Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer arugula, brie cheese, and deli ham onto the bread. Top with the remaining bread slices and press gently to form the sandwich.
  • Prepare the carrots by peeling and cutting them into sticks.
  • Add sparkling water to a glass or pitcher. Stir in the orange slices and chia seeds. Let sit briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, pickle spears, and orange chia sparkling water.
