- 4 slices Whole wheat bread
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 3 TBSP Strawberry jelly
Carrots and Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/3 cup Hummus
Apples and Cheese
- 1 Apple sliced
- 1 oz Your choice of block cheese sliced
Milk
- 2 cups Milk chilled
Instructions
- Place whole wheat bread slices on a clean surface.
- Spread peanut butter onto one slice of bread and strawberry jelly onto another slice.
- Press the slices together to form a sandwich. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve the sandwich with carrots and hummus, apple slices, cheese slices, and milk.
