Ingredients

PB and J on Whole Grain

  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 3 TBSP Strawberry jelly

Carrots and Hummus

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/3 cup Hummus

Apples and Cheese

  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 1 oz Your choice of block cheese sliced

Milk

  • 2 cups Milk chilled

Instructions

  • Place whole wheat bread slices on a clean surface.
  • Spread peanut butter onto one slice of bread and strawberry jelly onto another slice.
  • Press the slices together to form a sandwich. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve the sandwich with carrots and hummus, apple slices, cheese slices, and milk.
