Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 TBSP Cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced
  • 1.5 oz Brie cheese sliced

Sides

  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup Hummus

Lemon Chia Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as listed.
  • Toast the sourdough bread slices, if desired, until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with baby spinach, deli turkey breast, and brie cheese.
  • Top with the remaining bread slice. Cut in half.
  • Combine sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Serve the sandwiches with carrots, hummus, alongside lemon chia sparkling water.
