- 2 cups Raisin bran cereal
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 cup Milk dairy or plant based
Cottage Cheese with Fruit and Honey Drizzle
- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese low fat high protein
- 1 cup Mixed fruit such as berries or pineapple chunks
- 2 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil. Scramble gently until the eggs are just set and fluffy, then remove from heat.
- Portion the raisin bran and add milk. Top with sliced banana.
- Serve the cereal with scrambled eggs, cottage cheese topped with fruit and honey and coffee.
