Ingredients
Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 1 Banana
- 1 Dates pitted
- 1.5 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- ½ tsp Maca powder optional
- 2 tsp Goji berries optional soaked and drained
- 1 tsp Bee pollen optional for topping
Scrambled eggs
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Rooibos Tea
- 2 cups Water
- 2 Rooibos tea bags
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, and maca powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed. Top with goji berries and bee pollen if using.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, add rooibos tea bags, and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove tea bags.
- Serve the smoothie with scrambled eggs and rooibos tea.
