Prepare all ingredients as listed.
Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, and maca powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed. Top with goji berries and bee pollen if using.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.
Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, add rooibos tea bags, and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove tea bags.
Serve the smoothie with scrambled eggs and rooibos tea.
