Ingredients
Turkey Wraps
- 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Dried oregano
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 1 Avocado sliced
Sliced Apples & Cheese
- 1 Apple washed and sliced
- 2 oz Your choice of cheese sliced
Lemon Chia Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as listed.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly onto each wrap.
- Layer with arugula, tomato drizzled lightly with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and avocado.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure. Cut in half.
- Combine the sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well, let rest for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Set aside.
- Serve the wraps with sliced apple, sliced cheese, and lemon chia sparkling water.
