Ingredients

Turkey Wraps

  • 2 large Whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced

Sliced Apples & Cheese

  • 1 Apple washed and sliced
  • 2 oz Your choice of cheese sliced

Lemon Chia Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as listed.
  • Spread mayonnaise evenly onto each wrap.
  • Layer with arugula, tomato drizzled lightly with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, deli turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, pepperoncini, and avocado.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure. Cut in half.
  • Combine the sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well, let rest for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Set aside.
  • Serve the wraps with sliced apple, sliced cheese, and lemon chia sparkling water.
