Ingredients
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Kalamata olives chopped
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Havarti cheese sliced thin
- 4 Pickles halved
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the mayo and olives.
- Place the tomato on the wrap drizzle with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper, baby spinach, ham, olive mayo, red onion, and Havarti cheese. Fold in ends and roll up. Serve with pickles.
