Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 1 Banana
- 1 Dates pitted
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 TBSP Honey
- ½ tsp Maca powder (optional)
- 2 tsp Goji berries (optional), soaked and drained
- 1 tsp Bee pollen (optional), for topping
Kiwi Banana Pear + Chia Seeds
- 2 Kiwis ripe peeled and sliced
- 1 Banana peeled and sliced
- 1 Pear ripe, sliced or cut into chunks
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as instructed.
- Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, cacao powder, rolled oats, protein powder, honey, and maca powder (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed for consistency.
- Top the smoothie with goji berries and bee pollen (if using).
- Serve with fruit and enjoy your meal.
