Ingredients

Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie

  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Dates pitted
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • ½ tsp Maca powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp Goji berries (optional), soaked and drained
  • 1 tsp Bee pollen (optional), for topping

Kiwi Banana Pear + Chia Seeds

  • 2 Kiwis ripe peeled and sliced
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 Pear ripe, sliced or cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as instructed.
  • Add milk, banana, date, peanut butter, cacao powder, rolled oats, protein powder, honey, and maca powder (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed for consistency.
  • Top the smoothie with goji berries and bee pollen (if using).
  • Serve with fruit and enjoy your meal.
