Ingredients
Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 Whole wheat bagel or sourdough bagel sliced and halved
- 4 TBSP Garlic herb cream cheese
Eggs
- 2 tsp Butter
- 6 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Sausage Patty
- 4 oz Breakfast sausage patties
Kiwi Banana Avocado with Chia Seeds
- 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 Banana
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of sweetener optional
- Your choice of creamer optional
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sausage patties in the skillet, 3 to 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Crack in the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to your preferred doneness.
- While the eggs cook, toast the bagel halves until golden. Spread garlic herb cream cheese on the warm bagels.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Serve three eggs per serving with sausage patties, ½ bagel, fruit and coffee.
