Divine Dish Cacao Superfood Smoothie
- 1 TBSP Cacao powder
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter
- 1 Banana
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- ½ tsp Maca powder optional
- ½ TBSP Honey
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 2 tsp Goji berries optional, soaked and drained
- ½ Dates pitted
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 tsp Bee pollen optional, for topping
Kiwi Banana Avocado & Chia Seeds
- 2 Kiwis peeled
- 1 Banana
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 2 TBSP Chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- Prepare the cacao superfood smoothie: Add cacao powder, peanut butter, banana, rolled oats, maca powder if using, honey, milk, half a date, and protein powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency by adding more milk to thin or a few ice cubes to thicken. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with goji berries and bee pollen if using.
- Serve the smoothie alongside fruit. Enjoy your nourishing and energizing breakfast.
