Cucumber Water
- ½ Cucumber sliced
- 24 oz Water cold
- Ice cubes for serving
Hummus Wrap
- 2 large Tortilla wraps (whole wheat or preferred type)
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 Avocado ripe, sliced
- 6 slices Parmesan cheese from a block
Cheese and Crackers
- 12 Crackers
- 12 slices Your choice of cheese (e.g., Cheddar, Brie, or specialty)
Mango
- 1 cup Mango fresh, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- In a pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber and cold water. Refrigerate to infuse until ready to serve.
- Lay out each tortilla wrap and spread the hummus evenly over the surface.
- Layer the shredded carrots, cucumber slices, tomato slices, arugula, avocado slices, and Parmesan cheese on top of the hummus.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap, roll it up tightly, and slice in half for serving.
