Vegetable Hummus Wrap

- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce use as desired
- 2 large Tortilla wraps
- 1/2 cup Hummus
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 4 slices Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Red onion slice thinly or shaved on a mandolin
- 8 slices Cucumber
- 1 Carrots peeled and sliced into thin long strips that fit the wrap
- 2 Pickle spears
- 2 oz Potato chips
Mango Spritzer
- 8 oz Mango juice chilled
- 8 oz Sparkling water cold
Prep all ingredients per instruction above.
In a bowl, mix the mayo and sriracha until fully combined. Then spread onto the wrap.
Layer the wrap with hummus, spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber, and carrots.
Fold in the ends and roll up tight. Cut in half.
Mix together the mango juice and sparkling water.
To serve: Enjoy the wrap with pickle, chips and mango spritzer.
