Ingredients

Frozen Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas sliced
  • ½ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups Milk your choice
  • 3 TBSP Almond butter
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup

Fruit

  • 2 cups Fresh fruit e.g. sliced banana, apple slices, or pear slices, washed and prepared as needed

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • In a blender, combine bananas, pumpkin puree, milk, almond butter, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve the pumpkin spice smoothie with fresh fruit on the side. Enjoy your energizing autumn breakfast!
