Ingredients
Banana Nutella Crepes
- 1 TBSP Butter melted
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Water
- pinch Salt
- Nonstick spray
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 4 TBSP Nutella spread
Fruit
- 1 cup Mixed fruit example Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, washed and prepared as needed
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Melt butter in a pan on low heat or in the microwave.
- Make the crepe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and egg. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Mix in salt and melted butter until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Pour ¼ cup batter into the skillet. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so the batter coats evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes, until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Spread Nutella inside each crepe, add banana slices, and fold into quarters or roll up.
- Brew coffee and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Serve crepes with fruit and coffee.
