Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Melt butter in a pan on low heat or in the microwave.
Make the crepe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and egg. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Mix in salt and melted butter until smooth.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
Pour ¼ cup batter into the skillet. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so the batter coats evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes, until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
Spread Nutella inside each crepe, add banana slices, and fold into quarters or roll up.
Brew coffee and prepare the coffee to your liking.
Serve crepes with fruit and coffee.
