Ingredients

Banana Nutella Crepes

  • 1 TBSP Butter melted
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Water
  • pinch Salt
  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 Bananas sliced
  • 4 TBSP Nutella spread

Fruit

  • 1 cup Mixed fruit example Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, washed and prepared as needed

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Creamer
  • Sweetener

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Melt butter in a pan on low heat or in the microwave.
  • Make the crepe batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and egg. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Mix in salt and melted butter until smooth.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Pour ¼ cup batter into the skillet. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so the batter coats evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes, until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Spread Nutella inside each crepe, add banana slices, and fold into quarters or roll up.
  • Brew coffee and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve crepes with fruit and coffee.
