Ingredients

Hummus Wrap

  • 2 large Tortilla wraps (whole wheat or preferred type)
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 1 Avocado ripe, sliced
  • 6 slices Parmesan cheese wedge slices
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar or to taste

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients as listed.
  • Spread hummus on the tortilla wrap, covering the surface.
  • Layer carrots, cucumber slices, tomato slices, avocado slices, parmesan and arugula.
  • Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half.
  • Mix lemon juice, water, and sugar together in a pitcher or jar until dissolved. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the wrap with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
