Ingredients
Banana-oat-smoothie
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 3 cups Milk your choice
- 2 Bananas ripe
- 2 tsp Honey or maple syrup, optional
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon optional
Bagel
- 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
- 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients as listed.
- In a blender, combine rolled oats and milk. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to slightly soften the oats.
- To the blender, add oats, milk, bananas, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
- Toast the bagel.
- Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly over each toasted bagel half.
- Serve the bagel with smoothie.
