Bagel with Vegetable Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Banana-oat-smoothie

  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 3 cups Milk your choice
  • 2 Bananas ripe
  • 2 tsp Honey or maple syrup, optional
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon optional

Bagel

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
  • 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  • In a blender, combine rolled oats and milk. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to slightly soften the oats.
  • To the blender, add oats, milk, bananas, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
  • Toast the bagel.
  • Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly over each toasted bagel half.
  • Serve the bagel with smoothie.
