Ingredients
Bagel and Garlic Chive Cream Cheese
- 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
- 6 TBSP Garlic chive cream cheese
Nectarines
- 2 Nectarine ripe washed
Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie
- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- ½ cup Shredded coconut
- 2 TBSP Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
- Toast the bagel. Spread cream cheese onto each half.
- Make the smoothie: In a blender, combine strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk if needed. Add a little more lime juice to enhance brightness if desired.
- Serve the bagels with nectarines and smoothie.
