Ingredients

Bagel and Garlic Chive Cream Cheese

  • 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 6 TBSP Garlic chive cream cheese

Nectarines

  • 2 Nectarine ripe washed

Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie

  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Lime juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
  • Toast the bagel. Spread cream cheese onto each half.
  • Make the smoothie: In a blender, combine strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk if needed. Add a little more lime juice to enhance brightness if desired.
  • Serve the bagels with nectarines and smoothie.
