Ingredients

Chocolate Croissant

  • 2 Croissants
  • ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate

Fruit

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit washed and prepared as needed e.g. strawberries banana or mandarin orange

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the fresh fruit: Wash and prepare the fresh fruit as needed. Set aside on a serving plate.
  • Prepare the chocolate croissant: Lightly toast the croissants, then set aside. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Spread inside the croissant and drizzle over top.
  • Brew the coffee: While the croissants are warming, brew and prepare your favorite coffee with your desired creamer and sweetener.
  • Serve: Plate the chocolate croissant with the prepared fruit and coffee. Enjoy!
